Photo spoiler: A perm-anent relationship?

After flirting with Walford's top stylist, Dean, for a while, Lauren can’t resist when he invites her around to his place. After the pair spend the night together, Lauren is left upset when Dean tells her he intends to cut things short - he sees their relationship as casual. However when Dean sees Lauren’s hurt reaction, he quickly changes his mind. Surely he'd be hair-brained not to? After all, she's a cut above the rest!
