EastEnders News Team

Peter ups his hero credentials out in The Square as he faces up to the increasingly villainous Aleks. Rumours as to whether he starts throwing out-of-date tomatoes from his stall at the market inspector are as yet unconfirmed...

Meanwhile, Shabnam's been instrumental in getting Masood to give up the booze and get his job back, but at what personal cost? As Mas admires his freshly-shaven face, no-nonsense Shabs breaks down in the kitchen. Will Masood be able to stop admiring himself long enough notice that his daughter needs him?

Having turned over a new leaf, Masood heads to The Vic for an orange juice with none other than Jane! If there was ever a woman to get a man back on track, Jane may be that lady. And don't forget, these two have a passionate past - could the spark between them burn bright again?

It's clearly a busy week for Masood and his family as Aunt Bushra makes her presence known. However, with Masood clearly making a stand against his visitor, it doesn't look like she's very welcome in Walford...

Another Aunt comes to Walford as Aunt Babe visits The Vic for a takeaway. She's got a proposal for the Carters - but why doesn't Linda seem too happy about it?
Watch these conflicts kick off on EastEnders from Monday 17th February.
