Elisabeth Sladen, who played Sarah Jane Smith, died a year ago today.
Elisabeth remains a favourite with millions of viewers, from those that first 'met' her in 1973 when her most famous character, Sarah Jane, debuted in The Time Warrior, to a new generation who followed her exploits throughout the award-winning The Sarah Jane Adventures.
And today we celebrate Elisabeth's time on Doctor Who and The Sarah Jane Adventures with some of her most memorable moments as the world's most widely travelled journalist!
