9 life lessons from Doctor Who
The Doctor Who Team

The Doctor, being an immortal Time Lord and all, has been around the block probably more times than he can count. For over 2000 years, he’s been navigating his way through all sorts of situations, from the mundane to the fantastical to the, well, slightly ridiculous. So it’s not surprising that he’s picked up a few valuable life lessons along his many and varied travels.
Here are 9 noble rules to live your life by, according to the Doctor (and one from Rose!):
Lesson 1:
Run like hell, because you always need to.

Lesson 2:
Laugh at everything because it’s always funny.

Lesson 3:
Never be cruel and never be cowardly. And if you ever are, always make amends.
Lesson 4:
Never eat pears. They’re too squishy and they always make your chin wet.

Lesson 5:
Scared is a superpower.

Lesson 6:
The only way anyone can live in peace is if they’re prepared to forgive.
