Aled - is having hair laser surgery this afternoon and then he's going indoor sky diving this evening
Matt - has record company appointments this afternoon and then tonight he's got a quiet night in

Start this next tuesday at 8am. Should be interesting eh. I get 5 min's rest every hr. And i can save these up if i want. Not to sure if I will sleep that much. If i do it will be power naps 30 mins max I reckon. Good luck with yours. And any dietary tips would be gratefully appreciated.
