Aled - is going to Hull today as part of BBC Headroom to promote the 'grub club'
Carrie - is doing very little, as she's a little under the weather
Dave - is going to a well-known furniture shop to pick up his new dining table and chairs
Rach - is going out for a power lunch meeting with her friend Sophie and then she has pilates this evening
