What the team is up to this sweltering Monday
Chris is off for a boring five mile run whilst listening to Lady Gaga, but only the first seven songs...then he'll listen to Blur for a bit. Tonight he may continue the cooking theme and cook a stir fry.
Dave has got a day of bills bills bills and will have a chicken salad for tea.
Dom is going to the tip to bin a shed-load of rubbish. Tonight he'll attempt a Chris Moyles burger omelette.
Carrie is off to Bradfield School to do a chat about journalism.
Aled is going for a seven song run around the park. After that he'll be cooking one of Chris' burger omelettes to welcome back Emile from his holiday.
