Chris - is spending some time with his Mum and Dad and then is going to exercise, have a sleep and then freshen up for his appearance on the One Show this evening at 7pm on BBC1
Dave - is going to the gym or having a kip as Nicole is at nursery - it'll probably be the former
Carrie - is sleeping after a late night being a contributor on the Surgery; then she'll clean the flat and watch the One Show and Heroes
Dom - is doing a big shop this afternoon and then will be watching the One Show
Aled - is going to a secret location with Tamsin
Rach - is halfway up a mountain!
