Chris - is having a photograph taken for a magazine and then is appearing on the Steve Wright show
Dave - is not up to a lot, he's got a bit of writing to do
Dom - is presenting the Oddbox
Rach - is finishing her packing for Kilimanjaro, but without Mally as he's gone off to Sweden
Aled - is going to try and work out his 'set' for his homecoming 'disco' this weekdend
Carrie - is going to do power plates then is having lunch with her mate Emma
