Dear International Friends,
Dave here live from LA with my first ever transatlantic blog. Hoop Dogg asked me to write a few lines to say what we've been up, so here are my few lines to say what we've been up to.
It's been quite strange doing the show in the evening over here in order for it to be live at the normal time in the UK, but it's something we've all adapted to. It's just a late night really, and we've thoroughly enjoyed the shows, especially with guests like Mel B, Dave Grohl, Kelly Jones and tonight Pink, which should be ace. The sun shines everyday over here, and everyone's dead nice, so it's easy to see within a few days the huge appeal of la la land. Yes, it's all a bit shallow, superficial and fake, but we're all fitting in surprisingly well.
In the daytime me and Dom have been visiting the homes of the rich and famous with limited success. Security gates and out of date addresses have hampered our progress, but we've done out best and had a giggle, and if you haven't seen our Hollywood star search, then make sure you have a quick look, along with all the other great videos and pics currently online.
Only a couple of days to go now, before we return home to some sort of normality, so I'd just like to say thanks for listening this week, and hope you've enjoyed the shows. We've had such a laugh, and have met some top people on our latest Chris Moyles Show adventure, so thanks for your kind words on the texts and emails that we've been picking up here.
Anyway, enough wittering. I need to jump in the shower before we go to the studios for the show, so take care and I'll speak to you back in London.
