Morning all, it's Rachel here. We've just finished the show. Aled's off on a course today, so it's my job to let you know what the team are up to....

Chris - is going shopping. He's then going to be emptying his front room. Then he'll be watching Leeds Utd play Chester in the Carling Cup.

Dave - is treating himself to an afternoon nap.

Dom - is having a day of rest and relaxation in the Byrne House. He'll be planting cabbage seeds.

Carrie - As it's raining, she's going to treat herself to an afternoon of watching DVD's and eating cake.

Rachel - that;s me - it's Tuesday so I'm going to pilates tonight. I love it!

As it's Tuesday, it's my job to do the blog today. I've just got to finish the after show meeting, so I'll do that and then report back later.
