PODCAST – Internet people like to be different, just like a blog is really just an online diary, a podcast is just an online radio show. A video blog is like an online TV show.
How to listen? – The easiest way to listen to our online show is to listen on your computer. From the homepage click on “Listen / Podcast” on the left, then click on “Podcast”, Chris’ face, then “Download the MP3 Podcast” and finally a button called “download” (no, it’s not easy – but we’re working on that!)
If you have one of those cool mp3 players (like Creative Zen or iPods) or phones (like Nokia N91 / N95 or Sony Ericsson W800i phones) you can go to a music download site (like iTunes ) and “subscribe” FOR FREE! That means you will always get the new one when they’re released!

Hi, I'd love to post comments on the blog but I'm always in the car when you ask me to - as a man i can't yet drive, type into my pc and shave, so is there anyway you could allow me to phone into your blog? It should get more of us blogging and give us frustrated commuters something to do as we sit in traffic - legally of course!
