Not a Chris blogs

Hello Blog fans
Welcome to the latest installement of The Chris Show Blog.
I'm afraid I am not called Chris, I don't do magic and I don't have a 5 Star review or a must see listings for a show that's showing anywhere, let alone Edinburgh.
I am called Aled however, and I have been allowed to write the blog today, despite being off sick for the last two shows. I've dragged my diseased carcus out of bed and hauled it into work because we have an extremely exciting time ahead of us - so exciting that I just couldn't miss it. Yes, really.
If you're a regular fan of the show (and let's be honest, what else is there?) expect to hear "Comic Relief", "karaoke" and bad singing a lot over the next fortnight!
Tune in tomorrow from 7 (or, if you know the format of the show well you'll know it'll be 8:15 as that's our peak slot) for details on how you can win tickets and where exactly we'll be. No matter which country in the United kingdom you live in we'll have a karaoke for you!
In some ways I'm glad it's finally come around because we came up with this idea last summer, and since then my drunken nights out have been ruined by my compulsive obsession to sing to every song to see how many of the words I ACTUALLY know and to see whether it's in my key.
From that I've learnt that most Britney, S Club 7 and McFly songs are a no-no, however if I choose carefully a few of the Girls Aloud (Love Machine), Madonna (Hung Up) and Kelly Clarkson (Since U Been Gone) are do-able.
If you do want to come along - good luck for tomorrow, if you can't be bothered then why not reply to this blog suggesting some songs for me to sing, and I'll sing them for you and dedicate them to you along with God, my family for being so understanding and my friends for just...being...there.
"Sing you've been goooooone!..."
Aled
