Superheroes

Raj&Pablo|14:43 UK time, Thursday, 16 October 2008

t's been one of those weeks...Gordon Brown has become the new world saviour, the credit crunch has hit, winter is upon us and all seems topsy turvy. But the mad bad world of Bollywood spins merrily on - and we love it! We all need a bit of song and dance, tears and tantrums and the sheer total glamtastic escapism that is Bollywood where everything, despite the twists and turns, turns out well just before the end. Hopefully that will be the case with this weeks big release the're- presented' KARZZZZZZZZzzzzzz...(how many z's does a title need we ask?) with the lustrous-locks dhokla eating boy - Himesh Reshammiya.

Talking about 'world saviours' we met two of Bollywood's 'He Men heroes' - Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan who are both loving shooting and shopping in London for Vipul Shah's 'London Dreams'.

Raj: We hooked up with Ajay Devgan this week - the last time we chatted was just before the release of 'U, Me Aur Hum'. The normally reserved star greeted us warmly, called for some coffee and told us that 'Golmaal Returns' is a movie that is a tonic that everyone will love - its totally fun and frivolous and exactly what we need to cheer us up in these uncertain times. Fantastic - a pick me up movie before Diwali.

Pablo: Salman Khan was on sparkling form when he met us in his hotel suite on Weds and told us the thing he loves most about shooting abroad is being able to see how much Bollywood is appreciated worldwide. The original 'muscles from Mumbai' is proud of his next release 'Heroes' and says that it will leave a tear in everyone's eye and make us feel uplifted".

Love Us, Love Bollywood

Raj&Pablo xx
