What a great Easter treat, almost as good as getting a real chocolate egg!
That's a very funny photo of A & J, it appears as though Joe has just been born (fully clothed) and Adam is the little twin brother (non-identical, rather hairy) waiting for that final push into the big wide world.

Just glad that Adam's mixtape is getting the podcast treatment. Or should I say Podmax? What will it be called? Podmax Lite?

I feel like I've just walked in on one of my parents cheating on the other... I'm currently visiting with my parents, they listen to Radio 2, not my normal listening choice, anyway, there I am in the kitchen making myself a cup of tea when I hear a familiar voice on the radio. A couple of broadcasted freak outs later I realised that it was Adam Buxton.. I checked the dial, yep definitely Radio 2.. but it wasn't Joe Cornish he was talking to. It was... a woman.. I thought to myself "he must be getting interviewed.. desert island disc type thing" but no... he wasn't. I checked the Radio Times.. he's sitting in with Lisa Tarbuck for Jonathan Ross... I felt dirty. I'm going to sit in the shower and cry for a couple of hours now.

How could you do this Adam.

Nooo, the Radio 2 stuff was funny! Not sure all of the bits I found funny were meant to be funny but I laughed anyway and enjoyed myself! Some of the music was almost like spoof MOR though.

I basically listen to A&J's podcasts on a loop, including barely being able to get to sleep without them, so I'm terribly grateful for these additional ones, which are from before my time.

However, James, unless I'm being rather dim (very likely), I'm afraid I find this rather confusing: "And don't forget, the dozen Easter Egg podcasts will include the first episode of Adam Buxton's Big Mixtape - the show starts at midday on Sunday 4th April and you can get the podcast here [https://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/adambuxton%5D."

This link is obviously to Adam's page, so Mixtape 1 being there can hardly count as one of the Easter eggs (as all the other Mixtapes have been there, so why wouldn't they be Easter eggs too?). So I'm assuming that Mixtape 1 was supposed to also be on on Adam and Joe's page/iTunes subscription. However, I'm confused about that because (i) I don't understand why you would then give the Adam-only link and, most significantly, (ii) it didn't come into my iTunes list. It's really frustrating because I didn't know of Adam's show till after the second one had aired, i.e. the first podcast was not available.

So, please could you just clarify what was what? Were there really twelve Easter eggs in any sense or were there actually just eleven in the Adam and Joe subscription and then all of the Mixtapes in Adam's.

Keep up the good work though. Love you all. Am going to e-mail my electoral candidates about Radio 6. (Sorry, the name 6 Music annoys me almost as much as 5 Live, which is a lot.)
