The big gig news for today is that the The Who will perform Quadrophenia live at the Odyssey, Belfast on the 10th of June.The iconic 1973 double album will be played in its entirety, along with a selection of 'classics'. The UK & Europe tour will kick off at The O2 in Dublin on June 8th. Tickets go on sale this Friday the 1st of February at 9am.
Meanwhile the Courteenerswill play Limelight 1, Belfast on March 22nd. Their third album Anna will be released next Monday in the UK.
Legendary bassist Mike Watt (Minutemen, fIREHOSE, Stooges) will play Belfast with his Italian band, 'Il Sogno Del Marinaio' (Sailor's Dream) on Sunday the 3rd of March at the Bunatee Bar in QUSUB.
