Silences – The Sea

They say: "The track is a progression in both our songwriting and production. While we've worked with Declan Legge on all of our releases to date, we feel the addition of Adam Morley (co-production) and Tommy McLaughlin (mixing engineer) helped take the track to another level. Having the input of three great producers was invaluable. We are very proud of the 'Sister Snow' EP but we didn't want to continue too far down that electronic path. While this track retains some of those elements, there's definitely more of a commercial feel. We love pop ballads and we're more than comfortable with 'The Sea' being categorised as that."

We say: "Increased confidence and a little more production than usual have resulted in Silences’ biggest sounding track to date. While subtlety has been key before now, this has proper hands-in-the-air levels of epic goodness. This is potentially the perfect uplifting and memorable set closing tune."
