The Adventures – Your Greatest Shade Of Blue

Originally from Northern Ireland, The Adventures’ ‘Broken Land’ was apparently the most played piece of music on Radio 1 in 1988. Four singles later, this came along and it remains a special song for Taylor Johnson.

Bry – Don’t Go Alone

This is the first single from Bry’s self-titled album (due for a September release), and features among its band members Gerry Norman of A Plastic Rose.

Land Lovers – Springtime For The Mystics

Founders of Dublin’s Popical Island Collective, Land Lovers have released this as a taster from their forthcoming album ‘The Rooks Have Returned’ – the album is due for release on May 21st.

Snow Patrol – You’re All I Have

Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody and Jonny Quinn have been nominated for an Ivor Novello award, for their work with Ed Sheeran and Rudimental on ‘Bloodstream’. Also nominated in other categories are Villagers, David Holmes and Iain Archer.

White Boys – Stylin’

White Boys are a Cork based duo, and summer-tinged debut single ‘Stylin’ is available to buy as of April 15th.

The Gatefolds – Temporary

Fusing together a variety of genres, this single from Derry~Londonderry group The Gatefolds is available now.

Salford Lads Club – Raining In My Head

Ballymena-born and Belfast-based, Salford Lads Club will perform at Belfast’s Sunflower Bar, T13 and Eglantine Inn on 29th April, 7th May and 19th May respectively.
