DIE HEXEN - SIAMESE

Monday 7th March2016

They Say: “’SIAMESE’ is a ceremonial, magic audio-visual piece, created in response to a visually powerful, mutual lucid and reoccurring dream which is still happening amongst two very close friends. A mutual vision where two female friends would lure each other - or be led - by an unexplained force into a burning forest which would then engulf them into flames.

A dark premonition. The communication of two minds via a shared reoccurring dream. A visual representation of female solidarity and empowerment. The power of occultist ceremonial magic.”

We Say:  “Glowering electronica that takes a purposeful steer to the dark side. Essence of Berliner Bowie and sombre Siouxie. The sound and the vision are powerfully conjoined.

The Video for SIAMESE is available now and the track will be released on March 28th via Death Recordings. DIE HEXEN perform alongside RUTH BATE and others for a Bladerunner themed evening in The Black Box, Belfast on 15th April.

The short film ‘Pollen’, directed by Helen Warner and scored by DIE HEXEN will be screened on the weekend of 22nd April as part of the Belfast Film Festival.
