Heliopause – Falling (Part 2) & Falling (Part 1) (Live in Session)

They Say: "The three parts of Falling on the new album are more stand alone pieces, mainly connected by the writing process but lyrically based around the notion of falling. Part 2 was the first to be written. I wrote a small instrumental introduction for it when performing it live which then became its own stand alone track (Part 1) lyrically based on the novel Giovanni’s Room. Part three was created in a similar fashion from the ideas while writing part 1."



We say: “A fine one man band, Richard Davis aka Heliopause was a wonderful session guest, making the most of a noisy guitar, his mesmerising voice and a little technology. The perfect showcase for an act that’s far from your normal singer songwriter.



Heliopause performed 3 tracks live in session for Across the Line on Monday 8th February 2016. The new album ‘How Can We Laugh After This’ is released on 15th February 2016 and Heliopause play a joint album launch show with Pixie Saytar in The Mac, Belfast on Saturday 27th Feb
