With 27 events spread across 9 days ‘Sound of Belfast’ is set to return to the city for the second time, from the 6th – 14th November 2015.

Part music festival, part music industry expo, the event will take place in a variety of venues throughout Belfast, to showcase talent both new and old.

Highlights include performances from Bronagh Gallagher, Stiff Little Fingers, The Lost Brothers, Ciaran Lavery, Jealous of the Birds, Rory Nellis, Versechorusverse and more. There will be a Breaking into Music Youth Conference on 9th Nov with guest speakers Phil Taggart of BBC Radio1 & Charlene Hegarty of Small Town America, among others.

Other events include a Belfast screening of Emma-Rosa Dias international mod documentaries on 7th Nov & the Scratch My Progress EP launch at the Oh Yeah Centre with this year’s talent including Plague Artists, Owen Denvir, Sister Ghost & Treehome on 12th Nov.

The event ends with the Northern Ireland Music Prize award ceremony on 14th Nov, where The Divine Comedy will be presented with an Oh Yeah Legend award.
