Bed Manager – Housekeepers

If you’re looking for a band to give you a massive hug and tell you everything is going to be okay, stop what you’re doing right now…you’ve found them.

Taking influence from the great heartbroken storytellers of the last 30 years, Bed Manager are the sad sounds of Jake Harris and Sam Green. Despite their youth, the duo gently meld the sounds of classic acts like Nick Cave, Sparklehorse and Red House Painters to create something sincere and beautiful. Their debut EP is due for release early next year.

Gypsies on the Autobahn – Rubicon

Another sad song, but this time hidden in a disco beat, Dublin’s Gypsies on the Autobahn continue to grow on this standout single from most recent album ‘Suspended’. Refreshed and more vibey than before, ‘Rubicon’ explores the distinction between letting go and what that really means. A funky, paranoid banger.

Llama Rabbit – Sunset Bar

As amazing as it would be to say Llama Rabbit was his real name, Llama Rabbit is the project of Irish bedroom producer and multi-instrumentalist Paul J Fox. Mixing 90’s era Beck with Billie Eilish inspired lofi production techniques, ‘Sunset Bar’ is the debut single taken from the ‘Dogman’ EP. There’s elements of Gorillaz in there too, but with only one record out to date we really are getting the first glimpses into this exciting new artist.
