Fears - Blood

Friday 25th November, 2016

They say:
Blood is the soundtrack to an intrusive thought. It's 2am and that person did that thing to you and you know they'll probably do it again.

The track is entirely self-recorded and self-produced in my bedroom, and mastered by Huntley Miller (Bon Iver, Polica, Lizzo)."

We say: “Claustrophobia abounds in Blood, an introspective – and highly impressive – exploration of paranoid neuroses.

Between the ominous synths, languid vocals and sparse percussion, aural shadows are cast – an unsettling reflection of late-night existential angst.”

Fears is a project by Constance Keane offeminist animal welfare post-punk band, M(h)aol.

As often as possible Across the Line aims to bring you a great new, recent or interesting track each day, Monday to Friday. To get your new music to Across the Line send it via the BBC Introducing Uploader.
