RŌE - Ghost
21st April 2016
They Say: “The track ‘Ghost’ is my first single debuted under the name RŌE and I am in the middle of working on a lot more material to bring to your ears. I write in a way in which the meaning is open to interpretation, so that people can make their own connections with the song, but ‘Ghost’ to me is about the feeling of drifting away from something or someone and how invisible you start to become. This song has gone in a madly different direction from where it started off and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, I just hope you enjoy listening!”
We Say: “A teenager from Derry~Londonderry with a unique voice, a knack for engaging song writing and bucket loads of charm…. where have we heard that before? RŌE is a slightly different proposition to SOAK however - producing a slightly broader sound. Which isn’t to say ‘Ghost’ doesn’t have its own quirky feel. It also happens to be a pretty astonishing introduction to an act so young.”
RŌE is Roisin Donald and ‘Ghost’ is out now.
