Help Musicians UK have launched two funding opportunities for NI based musicians - The Fusion Fund and The Transmission Fund.
The Fusion Fund (£2,000 – £5,000) is designed to give musicians the chance to develop and test new work, ideas or potential career directions through inspiring periods of collaboration. Applications open on 1st August 2017 and close on 11th September 2017.
The Transmission Fund (£500 – £1,500) will support formal and time-limited training and mentoring opportunities in both the UK and internationally. There will be seven rounds of funding over 12 months, and the deadline for the first round is 1st September.
Both funds are open to professional and emerging professional musicians aged over the age of 21.
