Wonder Villains are gearing up for the release of their debut album ‘Rocky’ on 23rd June. To celebrate its release the Maiden City quartet has announced the details of their launch shows. On Saturday 21st June the band will play an all-ages afternoon show atop the roof of the Oh Yeah Centre, Belfast with an 18+ show that evening at Bar Sub, Queens Students Union.
Other north-west bands with upcoming releases include female frontedMaking Monsters with their second EP ‘Attention’ (coming out 16th June) and Triggerman with their new EP ‘Origins, Lost Travellers & Rock'n'Roll Heaven’ set to come out on 2nd June.
Sons of Caliber will make their return with a full length album ‘Albatross’ coming out on 22nd June. Meanwhile ex-Colly Strings drummer Callum Cairns aka Little Rivers will release his debut solo EP on 2nd June with Lisburn four-piece The Couth launching a forthcoming EP on 16th June.
