Choice Awards Short List

Choice Music Prize have announced their shortlist for this years award. A panel of eleven judges from the Irish music industry have wittled the longlist down to ten albums before choosing a winner which will be announced at Vicar St, Dublin on Thursday, March 7th 2013.

Shortlisted acts for this year's prize include Two Door Cinema Club, Julie Feeney and Adrian Crawley who have all won the award in previous years. Other past winners include Jape (2008 & 2011), Super Extra Bonus Party and The Divine Comedy.

The artist who wins 'Album of the Year' will recieve a €10,000 prize fund from Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO) and the Irish Recorded Music Association (IRMA).
