Cooley - Imagination Land

Tuesday, 13th October, 2015

They Say: "The main influence behind 'Imagination Land' was Bonobo’s track Cirrus. I wanted to use similar chime sounds and effects and play them off against some nice basses, pads, rhythmic drums, and percussions to create a unique track that could move and excite the listener. This style of writing is a slight departure from my usual 4/4 house and techno, but still in keeping with my philosophy that all music should be as unique as possible while still drawing from other musical experiences".

We Say: 'Imagination Land’ is from Donegal producer / performer Bernard Cooley, AKA Cooley. He has supported Hot Chip, Phil Kieran, Japanese Popstars and more. Featured on Across the Line’s New Tune Disco recently and earning high praise from Stephen McCauley on Electric Mainline, Cooley has made this track free to download and it is available now.
