Record Store Day stared as a way for music fans to get together to celebrate and support their local shop. Record stores are an increasingly rare breed and they are so much more than shops. They are meeting places, debating chambers and also, yes ok, shops. We flipping love them.
We’ve compiled a rough guide to the happenings on this side of the Irish Sea. Get out there and meet your fellow music lovers.
Belfast:

Dragon Records will host acoustic sets from The Sons of Robert Mitchum and Protex.
Londonderry:
Cool Discs has announced their line-up which includes The Clameens, Our Krypton Son and Little Bear.
Dublin:
Tower Records will have live music from midday including Hot Sprockets, Ghost Estates and Sweet Jane.
Also in Dublin, Record Store Gay will be happening. Now in its second year, it is a mini festival and pop up music shop at Outhouse, Capel Street. Dublin acts such as September Girls, Squarehead and French Bird will all be playing.
Our pals over at BBC Radio 6 Music will be keeping an eye on proceedings across the UK and bringing it all together here. You can get involved by using the #RSD13 hash tag.
