Peaks - Rotten Fruit

Wednesday 1st June, 2016

They Say: “'Rotten Fruit' is a song about how religion and beliefs can affect friendships, with the instrumentation and production aiming to accentuate this."

We Say: “The tune starts like a plaintive hymn with humble piano but then collects soul, intensity and strangeness. By the end, the chords have been on bewildering tangents and the listener may have been reminded of Thom Yorke at his most affecting.”

Peaks is a project from Belfast-based musical artist Adam Bradley. Debut double-release 'Reverie/Rotten Fruit' is available now.

As often as possible Across the Line aims to bring you a great new, recent or interesting track each day, Monday to Friday. To get your new music to Across the Line send it via theBBC Introducing Uploader.
