We’re putting together some special yearbook-style awards this year on 606 - the 606 Class of 2012. Robbie and Mark have announced the categories the team have come up with on the latest podcast. They are as follows:

Most likely to be the next one cap wonder

Most likely to be the next Chelsea manager

Most likely to leave their club before Jan 31st

Most likely to appear on reality TV

Most likely to take any sponsorship deal

Homecoming King/Queen (player returning to their first or hometown club)

We want you to get in touch and tell us who deserves this award the most in football and why. Let you imagination run wild and be as funny or as serious as you like.

You can tell us who you’d like to see win the awards on Twitter by using #606classof2012, writing on our Facebook wall or commenting below.

The 606 team will look at all the comments and suggestions and come to a verdict to a winner in each category and these will be announced on our New Years Day show.

A few of the Arsenal players have chosen their favourite chants sung by the fans and have sung them themselves to find out the best one.

There are some great ones here! “But here’s my number, call me Szczesny.” Is our favourite.

We’ve pre-recorded a special 606 looking back at one of the stand-out dates in the football calender – the FA Cup Third Round weekend.

Everyone remembers the FA Cup third round. Those cold, wet, dark afternoons watching your team, following the draw waiting for your club’s number to come up, hoping for an away trip to one of the big boys. We've been hearing all those memories - good or bad.

The show, hosted by Robbie and Mark will be broadcast on New Years Eve between 8-9pm and New Years Day morning between 6-7am. Have a listen to one of the memories, Roy who went to see Chelsea play in the Third Round back in 1960 and saw the great Jimmy Greaves.

We've already heard from so many of you via Facebook and Twitter and you never know you might have made the show! But we want to keep the memories going. If you want to react to anything you hear on the show or want to tell us your FA Cup memory please do. Tweet us using #606FACup, write on our Facebook wall or just comment below.

Let us know your memories of the FA Cup Third Round Weekend

Blog comments are currently unavailable. Find out more.

Producer WillProducer Will|15:04 UK time, Monday, 17 December 2012

In the New Year we are putting together a very special 606 where we look at one of the highlights of the football calendar and ask you for your memories of it – FA Cup Third Round weekend.

It’s a time of year where everyone has a story, but they are all so personal. Lists are made of the biggest shocks in the Third Round – like when Hereford beat Newcastle – but the best stories are those of heroism trying to get to grounds you’ve never been to before in awful January conditions, seeing the local boy put his team into the Fourth Round, or seeing your team cause a shock, but maybe not one of those which always hit the headlines.

Let us know what your FA Cup Third Round Memories are by Tweeting #606FACup, leave a comment on this blog or our Facebook page, e-mail us or even record the message and send us a link.

We want your stories of disaster, success, ecstasy, heroism and being stuck at a family doo when your side enjoyed their greatest ever moment.

We asked Robbie Savage what he remembered of Third Round Weekend, and he said: “I’ve been the underdog in the FA Cup Third Round when I played for Crewe – and never really caused an upset – and I was favourite at Blackburn, Birmingham, Leicester and wasn’t involved in shock, until the Quarter Final when we lost to Wycombe.”

You can do better – and if you have any memories of FA Cup Third Round which involve Robbie, we want to hear those too.

Including how he cheered on the boys in Japan.

Saint-Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang made sure all eyes were on him for his team’s pre-match warm-up against Lyon on Sunday. He decided he would wear crystal-encrusted boots, reported to be worth €3,000.

But of course he didn’t wear them in the actual game, that’d be silly…
