Bristol City have made a short video to try and sell more season tickets. It sees their striker Ryan Taylor helping with the groceries and goalkeeper Tom Heaton in between some Bristol City bed sheets.

Warning: Some very bad acting awaits you.

After a crazy week in the Capital One Cup and a busy Saturday programme of football, including the FA Cup first round, I couldn’t wait to get on air and take your calls. I was at Old Trafford with Fletch for the lunchtime kick-off between Manchester United and Arsenal and despite not being a classic, Arsenal’s performance had their fans calling in complaining about their team, their tactics, their players with many wanting Wenger to call it a day.

Do you think Wenger has run his course? Do you still consider Arsenal as one of the big boys? Let me know in the comments section below.

We also took plenty of calls from fans that experienced the magic of the cup, from Sheffield United to Chelmsford fans. A fan of my home town Wrexham rang in to tell us about the six second penalty in their game against Alfreton. How did he know it was after exactly six seconds? Well, he told me, he set his watch of course. Does everybody do this at a game? Does anybody?

And finally, Kevin Nolan’s goal celebration got Fletch and I talking chickens. Did you know they can fly? I didn't say how long for but I know they can definitely take off and hover in the air for a short time. Fletch didn’t believe me but 5 live commentator John Murray had my back and texted Fletch to tell him that I was, of course, correct. If ever a man would know, John Murray would! I even tried to do an impression of a chicken taking off but it didn’t quite go the way I planned…
