Description
An introduction to some typical Spanish pastimes, including basketball and Sevillanas, a dance from Southern Spain. Spanish and English pupils talk about their hobbies, where and when they do them and why they enjoy them.
Classroom Ideas
This clip could be used as a listening exercise followed by class discussion on what each student likes to do in their spare time. The teacher could list the different activities on the whiteboard and use them as a vocabulary test for the next class.
