Jess: Yes! My grandmother gave it to me. It was my birthday on Saturday.

Filip: What did you do on your birthday?
Jess: I went to the park in the morning. Then my grandmother came over in the afternoon. After that we ate lots of cake in the evening.
Filip: Fun! What did you do at the weekend, Nazia?
Nazia: I played football on Sunday, in the afternoon… and I scored the winning goal!
Filip: Woah!
Nazia: My next match is on Sunday at at half-past seven.
Filip: In the morning? That’s early!
Jess: What time do you wake up in the morning?
Filip: At the weekend I sleep in late because I stay up watching movies in the evening. Yesterday I stayed up until nine at night and… I slept in this morning.
Nazia: Uh oh.
Filip: I did not have enough time to eat breakfast.
Jess: If you don’t start now, you won’t have time to eat lunch either!
Filip: What?
Jess: It’s quarter-past twelve now. Lunchtime finishes at half-past twelve.
Filip: It’s half-past twelve. I finished just in time! Mmm delicious!
