Words that end with -ture and -sure sounds
All we have to do is follow words that end with the sound ‘ture’ or ‘sure’, to find a mysterious creature!
Which spelling is correct?
Right, the ‘sure’ sound is always spelt S U R E?
And the ‘ture’ sound is usually spelt T U R E, right?
Errrr…
I was afraid of that.
You see, there are some exceptions to the ‘ture’ rule.
If the root word ends in CH, like teach, then you need to use ER at the end to spell ‘teacher’.
Oh well, at least you found the creature!
Description
