Forms and reports
Tables and queries are great for entering and finding data. But it’s easier to enter data using forms and present it using reports.
Forms
Forms make entering Values, typically letters or numbers. into a database simple.
Use the wizard to create a form. Start by choosing the A category of data in a database, eg First Name or Date of Birth. that need to appear on your form. To change a form’s appearance, click the 'View' button.
Reports
Reports present data clearly, so that they are easy to read.
Use the wizard to create a report. Choose a A search or question performed inside a database. to base the report on and follow the onscreen options.
