Question 5

Inns beagan mu dheidhinn bràthair do mhàthar no piuthar do mhàthar?

Answer 5

Tha bràthair mo mhàthar a' fuireach ann an Dùn Èideann. 'S e Seòras an t-ainm a tha air agus is toigh leis a bhith ag iasgach. Bidh mi a' dol a dh'iasgach còmhla ris gu math tric air abhainn còig mìle air falbh. Tha tòrr bhradan anns an abhainn agus aon turas ghlac mi fear a bha dà chileagram. Chòrd e rium gu mòr a bhith ag iasgach còmhla ris.

My uncle (my mother's brother) lives in Edinburgh. His name is George and he likes fishing. I go fishing with him frequently on a river five miles away. There are lots of salmon in the river and one time I caught one which was two kilograms. I really enjoyed fishing with him.
