Here are some useful phrases to describe a variety of school rules.

Siúil go mall.Walk slowly.
Níl cead rith sa halla mór. You are not allowed to run in the hall.
Níl cead bia a ithe sa seomra ranga.You are not allowed to eat food in the classrooms.
Caithfidh tú éisteacht leis an mhúinteoir.You must listen to the teacher.
Caithfidh tú obair / staidéar a dhéanamh.You must do work / study.
Caithfidh tú bheith ar scoil ar a naoi a chlog.You must be in school at nine o’clock.
