Positive.
Describes nursing as a dreuchd ionmholta - a praiseworthy/commendable career.
The passage talks about various pathways into the profession, such as a three year course, and mentions different types of nursing.
Even the negative aspects are presented positively, eg although the work is not easy it is described as being very important.
