As well as writing about holidays, you may also need to give your opinion on tourism in general. Try to think of some advantages and disadvantages of tourism. Here are some useful phrases to get you started:

El año pasado fui a Torremolinos, una ciudad en el sur de España, con mi familia. Los pasamos muy bien porque el tiempo fue mucho mejor que en Inglaterra. Cada día hizo sol y mucho calor.
Generalmente, voy de vacaciones con mis padres, pero preferiría ir con mis amigos, porque son más divertidos y podríamos hacer muchas más cosas juntos. Mis padres son más aburridos.
Mis vacaciones ideales serían en las Islas Galápagos, porque me interesan mucho la naturaleza y el océano. También me gustaría visitar todos los sitios de interés y sacar muchas fotos.
En mi opinión, el turismo es muy importante para un país, porque ayuda con la economía y crea empleos. Sin embargo, muchos turistas beben demasiado y se comportan muy mal.
Translation:
Last year, I went to Torremolinos, a city in the South of Spain, with my family. We had a very good time because the weather was much better than in England. It was sunny and very warm every day.
I usually go on holiday with my parents, but I would prefer to go with my friends because they are more fun and we could do many more things together. My parents are more boring.
My ideal holidays would be in the Galapagos Islands, because I am very interested in nature and the ocean. I would also like to visit all the places of interest and take a lot of pictures.
In my opinion, tourism is very important for a country because it helps with the economy and creates jobs. However, many tourists drink too much and behave very badly.
