As well as talking about the rooms in a home, it's also useful to be able to mention the furniture (los muebles) in its rooms.

You may also hear the question ¿Ayudas en casa? (Do you help at home?). To say you help around the house, use ayudo en casa (I help at home) or ayudo con las tareas domésticas (I help with the household chores). Here are some other phrases for talking about chores:
