Translation:

I'm very worried about my son. For the last few months, every time he goes out with his friends he comes back home smelling of smoke and last week I found a packet of cigarettes in his jacket pocket. I'm afraid that soon he's not going to be able to give up smoking.

Translation:

Although I'm quite slim, I don't think I eat very healthily. I don't like fruit or vegetables at all and I know I eat too many hamburgers and chips and other foods which contain a lot of fat.
