More than six out of 10 of you report spending at least three hours a day on your phone, according to the BBC Bitesize and 5 Live Teen Summit survey. A further 38% say that it's more like five hours a day, while at the same time 71% say they're not concerned about the amount of time they're spending scrolling through their screens.
Whilst smart phones can make much of everyday life easier, experts say that excessive phone use can have negative impacts on your mental health and wellbeing.
