There's a lot happening in Birmingham this year and we're hoping that you'll all be getting involved. Face painting - join the world record attempt | | A girl with her face painted like Pudsey |
You're never too old to have your face fainted - so line up for the world record attempt. There will be two world record attempts at face painting throughout the day, being staged outside the BBC Public Space at The Mailbox: - The individual speed face painter's record - to complete as many full faces as possible within the hour. The current record stands at about 76. (11am - 12noon)
- The 4 hour team challenge - 5 face painters painting as many faces as they can in 4 hours. Current record about 986. (1pm - 5pm)
Obviously a lot of people will be needed to have their faces painted in the world record attempt. If your school or group is interested, then please e-mail Jenny Wilkes to book your place. Pudsey Bank | | A bit of Sumo wrestling fun |
