Access to payslips

How to access your new payslips

Your new payslips will be available to download via a new app – EY Interact Payroll and our new web-based payroll portal. This new portal and app will go-live week commencing 8 July 2024. 

You will be registered in advance and will need to follow the instructions in the welcome email to complete your registration. The email will come from [email protected], so please look out for this in your inbox this week. 

How to access your previous pay documents 

Your previous payslips, P11ds and P60s are still available to download via the MyView app and MyPay portal. Access to these documents will be in place until June 2026.

Payroll – Need to Know

Pay day is on the 15th of the month, or the working day before if the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday. 

For staff, the payment covers the current month. For instance, on 15th April, you will be paid for 1-30 April.

Additional payments, such as overtime, and night premiums, should be sent by a valid approver to the payroll team by the 20th of the month, for payment to be made in the following month.

For freelancer engagements, your pay will be in arrears for accepted bookings up to close of play on 3rd of each month.

P60s

P60s are produced by the end of May each year.

You will only receive a P60 if you are employed on 5 April and received pay during the tax year (6 April to 5 April).

P45s and New Starter Declarations

All new starters to the BBC should send a P45 from their previous employer if they have one, and this includes, if they left the BBC and are rehired.  These can be sent to [email protected], or to the following address:

If you do not have a P45, complete a New Starter Checklist Declaration and send this to Payroll.

If you leave the BBC, you can expect to receive your P45 by the end of the month in which you are made a leaver.

Change Bank Details

If you change bank details, please ensure this is completed through Launchpad by the 3rd of the month.
