When will I get my tickets?

All tickets for 6 Music Festival events will be e-tickets.

You can access your e-tickets through logging into your Ticketmaster account.

What happens if I don’t receive my e-tickets?

If you’re having problems accessing your e-tickets, please contact the Customer Service team of the ticket agent you purchased your tickets from.

What types of food will be available at the venues?

Please see individual event pages for details regarding food and drink at each venue.

Can I bring a camera?

Yes, but please be aware professional photography equipment such as zoom lenses are not allowed in the venue. Please also note selfie sticks will not be permitted at any 6 Music Festival venues.

Can I volunteer / do work experience at 6 Music Festival?

We are not currently looking for volunteers or work experience staff, however we do have general BBC work experience placements via BBC Careers.

Can my band play at 6 Music Festival?

We are not looking for any more bands to play this year, but if you’re an artist wanting to get your music heard, make sure you upload your music to BBC Music Introducing.

How can I listen/watch 6 Music Festival if I don’t get tickets?

6 Music Festival will broadcast on 6 Music, iPlayer and BBC Sounds across the weekend, with performances available to watch live and in full on BBC iPlayer and at bbc.co.uk/6music, with catch up for 30 days afterwards.
