By coming along to one of our sessions, staff will be able to feed in their ideas for the future of BBC World Service and learn more about some of the challenges that face us in the years ahead. 

Each staff session will be lead by a BBC World Service Board member. At the session you will be able to watch a specially prepared video, take part in interactive quizzes and in breakout groups discuss World Service "dilemmas", where you will get to feed in your ideas about how to tackle potential issues.

Our objectives for these sessions are:

• To communicate information about the CSR in an open, honest and consistent way;
• To help people understand reasons for change, and;
• To encourage people to feed in their thoughts and ideas.
