Shukshinder ShindaShukshinder Shinda is a prominent figure in the bhangra industry, having been around for 12 years Shinda has stamped his mark on the Asian music scene.


Latest Album: Balle

Combining catchy Punjabi lyrics, tabla and heavy beats, Sukshinder Shinda's latest album Balle is testament to his unique and constantly evolving sound. 

Born in Handsworth, Birmingham to a musical family, he started performing with Roshni in the early 90s and Mashi Eshara in the mid-90s.

Shinda has proved successful as a singer, musician, producer and composer. In 1990 Shinda discovered Jazzy B and produced and composed his first album 'Ghugian Da Jorra'. Sukshinder was responsible for reviving A.S Kang's music as well as progressing Jazzy B's career to the UK.

Shinda has garnered over 200 album credits and countless hit songs to his name. He has produced over 10 worldwide smash-hit albums, overseen the development of many new artists and has had his music featured on a number of Bollywood film soundtracks too. 

In 2005, as in the last 12 years, he has continued with great passion and enthusiasm to excite and create new sounds unparalleled in the international bhangra music world. Shinda's production is as strong as ever, interspersing folk style ballads with some of the smoothest dance numbers of recent years, he has well earned his title ' The Music Man'.
