I think vvs Laxman needs to stand up and be counted when India play other test playing nations except for Australia. His record against the other test playing nations is average.So when India Play Australia he suddenly wakes up, but that is wrong. He should therefore perform regularly against weaker teams. I think it is a mental thing. In the last couple of games he keeps getting bowled, and he looks surprised, well if it is a straight ball and u miss what do u expect. If i was the indian management players like vvs and ganguly sholud be dropped for the time being until they realise they have no definite right to play in the team. What has ganguly done in the last 21/2 years? Er nothing. Everyone bangs on about his captaincy, well I think Everyone is forgetting JOHN WRIGHT!! How was ganguly's captaincy with Kapil as the Manager.

At last pakistan pull their socks up. just an example of what they can do to india if they pllay as a unit. Congratulations to pakistan for this fine victory to level the series. The best thing is the bowlers are slowly strting to click, sami is starting to bowl well,and Shoaib Akhter is turning up the speed meter. Whats a great spell of bowling at the beginning of the india innings and on the morning of the fourth day to get rid of shewag and pathan in one over. Inshallah we will continue to improve and win the third match to win the series.OH AND DID ANYONE SEE HIM HIT 100.8MPH on one particular delivery he was really firing in.Shoaib finally got it right to sehwag by cramping him for room in the final morning, and then beatifully set him up to top edge to the keeper. Sehwag is a good player but only if you give him balls outside the off stump, where he throws the kitchen sink at it, if you cramp him up, he cant do much, he will get frustrated and then u take his wicket. Simple way of getting him. Anyway WELL done Pakistan, ha ha ha

rahul dravid seems to show unnecessary heroics as a captain. He has to own responsiility for underestinating the pakistan attack whatever said and putting india to bat first. He also tried declared before sachin could complete his century. All this team thing is good however all this is clearly foolish. What message are they trying to send out? Pakistan really needs to improve their bowling, apart from Umar Gul the bowling has been terrible Shoaib is far too over rated as well as Sami, Have a look at there ODI and Test rankings this will prove this. OK shoiab has performed well in Tests in the past and is ranked in the top 10 but he is very inconsistent. Pakistan's Batting is developing well as opening has been a struggle in the past. I think a new team is emerging. We will win this match as things have so far gone our way. However the way forward for Pakistan is new bowlers.

its the need of the hour that ICC steps in and does something about the wrong decisions of the umpires, how about fining them their entire match remuneration or giving a some kinda suspension like the players get to get them on right track. Looks like this famous umpire from WI has some kind of personal grudge against indian team it may be recalled how he made wrong decisions in one of the test matches while in australia same here in pakistan, Pakistan doesnt deserve to win its a win by some kind of aid from umpire . Mr umpire from WI you have brought ill fame to your fraternity and to the gentlemans game. Do you need to have special kind of glasses or a mini tv reciever to judge about the close appeals. shame on you mr umpire from WI. ICC wake up. India might be robbed of a probable draw or a series win thanks to atleast 4 dubious decision by Mr Umpire

How many of you watched the second test match between India vs Pakistan? Have you notice number of wrong decision given by umpires??? One of this umpire is same as in all the games before and he didn't made single mistake in either of the 5 one days or in the first test match and then all of a sudden second test match with huge number of wrong umpiring....

Pakistan still has not managed to get rid of politic from its cricket setup from playing to management board level? Following are my reasons why I believe Pakistan cricket still has not managed to change itself and I strongly feel that until they transform they will not be successful when competing against world top teams, even although Pakistan is most talented team in the world. 1. Why did they bought back Wasim Bari as chairman of selector when he was not successful on previous occasion including the 2003 world cup? Couldn’t Pakistan find anyone else after sacking Aamir Sohail or why was Aamir was sacked in the first place, good thing Aamir done was to introduce new players but Wasim Bari is to going bring back same players who failed on previous occasions? 2. Why did Pakistan play Younis Khan is the one day matches against India, even record suggest that he is test match player, he hasn’t scored single one day century despite playing in over 100 matches and also how many matches has he won for Pakistan? Making 20s, 30s and 40s does not count you have make 50s and century to win matches for your country. 3. Why was Imran Farhat dropped after Karachi match, he done really well last few months? He is also useful part-time spin bowler why Pakistan doesn’t use him especially when the other bowlers are struggling? 4. I think after Karachi match Pakistan should dropped Younis Khan, bring in Shahid Afridi at no 5/6 and kept Imran Farhat and Yasir Hameed as openers, Shahid is best suited at no 5 because he is all-rounder. 5. If you look at all other teams in the world all of them has at least six bowlers, four main bowlers and 2/3 part-time bowlers, Pakistan need to do same, it is too risky playing 5 bowlers in the one days matches because bowlers could get injured, too expensive and also if you at least 6 bowlers than you more choice. 6. Why Pakistan fail to do basic things such fielding, bowling right line & length, no & wide balls? Lack of commitment, not working on weakness, no planning or having strategy and not doing the homework on other country? 7. Why does Shoaib Akhtar talk and show-off too much? He always say a lot but does not do anything when Pakistan really need him to do well, why does he try to bowl too fast, give too many run as result and not bother about his line and length? 8. Many people talk about such player got so much talent, I do agree with talent but if you don’t use that talent it goes waste down the drain, talent is like fresh meat or vegetable if you don’t cook it properly than it will not taste good, Shahid Afridi could be best all-rounder in the world if he use his talent properly same with Imran Nazir but his record does not show that. 9. Pakistan needs to start developing new player by changing cricket structure into distract teams, needs to start arranging U19 and ‘A’ team tours to other countries and also invite other teams to Pakistan to playing against Pakistan future stars 10. Pakistan should bring only those players into Pakistan cricket team who are performing well at domestic level and also showing signs that they can cope with the pressure at international level, recently Pakistan bought Yasir Ali, Farhan Adil and Junaid Zia etc against Bangladesh, if you look at these players records then you will ask why these players were selected? They performance in the domestic cricket was ordinary. 11. Pakistan need to pick balance team for further series specially in next 2 test matches 12. I would arrange ‘A’ team tour this year may be to England and I would pick the following players where they get a lot of experience playing against county sides. 1. Salman Butt 2. Imran Nazir 3. Bilal Asad 4. Saeed-Bin-Nasir 5. Qasir Abbas 6. Mohammad Hafeez 7. Shahid Afridi 8. Kamran Akmal (wk) 9. Navid-ul-Hasan 10. Abdul Rauf 11. Umar Gul 12. Asim Kamal 13. Fasial Iqbal 14. Rao Ifithar 15. Pakistan obviously have selection problems but i think there not a bad side and on there day do have the ability to beat india but, india has alround strengh and quality i rekon Yuvraj Singh is an awsome number 6 and everyone is saying india hav a weak bowling attack i doubt that as there still missing Harbhajan whos world class,Also Nehra,Zaheer,Agarkar And also shoaib aktar is discraseful how bliatant does he throw it! its awful but it does'nt bother me too much as he not very good at chucking it agianst good players

Pakistani bowlers needs to maintain good line and lenght or a solid start. Stop playing too aggressive. First 15 overs of the innings are very crucial for Pakistani batsmen if they bad first. Indian bowling attack is as good as Pakistani and I think Pathan and Nehra are going to be very big in this game! i am a big fan of pakistan team. They used to be the worlds best favourites and win nearly everyone they used to play. this was only the old team. i think now that wasim has gone, aswell as some other older players, the team isnt as good as it used to be. they used to win india everytime, e.g. sharjah cup, i remember when pakistan bowled india for 127 all out in 1999 sharjah. wasim took most of the wickets.

The batsmen's pitch didn't work for the Pakistani batsmen and I don't think a greentop is going to work better for their bowlers either. Team India is just too strong for them right now. Key players keep getting hurt and whoever takes their place stands up and performs. There isn't a weakness to be seen. India took on Australia in Australia and came very close to a series win. Pakistan in Pakistan is a decidedly easier prospect. A 3-0 result is not out of the question. Pakistan is already facing the heat and Ricky Ponting is in for a scorching Indian summer later this year!
