Paul Hawksbee and Andy Jacobs have both been presenting on talkSPORT for many years and have successfully managed to transfer their friendship from the office to the studio.
It’s hard work but Paul and Andy have a relationship that allows them to be honest with each other whilst having respect for one another – an important part in forming a good on-air presence.

A ‘fun’ pre-show planning meeting helps Paul and Andy get in the mood and feel confident in the show they are presenting that day. ‘Winging it' is not an option.
If you are a new co-presenting duo Paul suggests it’s important to “work” the relationship up so that you are both in a good place before you begin presenting together, and even before you send in a demo. Make your mistakes in private and don’t be too eager to go straight into the studio.
